Every degree. Day and night. Proven.
Sensors in your cold rooms, fridges and trucks, a device that sends the readings, and one screen that tells you whether your stock is safe. If the temperature goes out of range or a door is left open, you know within minutes. If a sensor goes quiet for longer than you allow, that is an alarm too. And when the inspector arrives, the report is one click away.

Sound familiar?
Your fridge doesn't keep opening hours.
You close at 5 p.m. and open at 8 a.m. If the compressor fails at 5:15, there is only one question: do you find out tonight, or tomorrow morning along with the damage?
- Today
The notebook on the door
Twice a day someone writes the temperature down. At night, at weekends and on holidays, nobody does.
With NG MetrixThe record keeps itself
Every 5 minutes, 288 times a day, with the exact time. No notebook and no blank lines.
- Today
A breakdown at the weekend
The compressor fails on Saturday evening. You find out on Monday morning, when the stock is already for the bin.
With NG MetrixA message within minutes
The alarm arrives by e-mail, on your phone and your computer. If the first person doesn't acknowledge it, it goes to the second, then the third.
- Today
The inspector at the door
They ask for the records of the last few months, and you leaf through notebooks looking for blank lines.
With NG MetrixThe report is ready
A PDF for the period they ask for, with every excursion and the corrective action beside it. In one minute.
- Today
Two systems, two logins
The cold room is on one screen, the truck on another, and the shop fridge on paper.
With NG MetrixEverything on one screen
Cold rooms, fridges, freezers and refrigerated vehicles, with the same alarm rules.
The law requires HACCP records to be kept for at least 2 years (Law on Food Safety, Art. 45(4)(3)). Where they are missing, the fine is €300 to €500 for a small company and €50 to €300 personally for the responsible person (Art. 132(1)(16)).
How it works
We install it. You get on with your work.
No cables across the premises, no new computer and no notebook that nobody fills in.
We look at your units
You tell us what you have: cold rooms, fridges, freezers, vehicles. Together we decide where a certified sensor goes and where a standard one is enough. The sensors measure down to −20 °C; if you have a colder room, we tell you before the offer, not on site.
The hardware arrives ready
We configure every device at our place before it leaves for yours. It arrives ready to work, and you never need to see the manufacturer's tools.
We install and we check
Our installer fits the sensors and the device and does not leave until five checks pass: the unit shows “OK”, the temperature makes sense, a door opening is seen, a two-minute power cut shows as “Silent” and then recovers, and a test alarm arrives and is acknowledged.
You set the range and the people
For each unit you set the allowed range and who gets the alarm: first, second, third. From then on the record keeps itself, day and night.
On your phone, like an app
NG Metrix opens in the browser and goes on your phone's home screen. No app store, nothing to download, nothing to update.
Alarms
It warns you before it becomes a loss.
An alarm is not a light on a screen that someone has to notice. It is a message to the right person at the right time, and a record that stays.
Out of range
You set the range for each unit, by product: for example up to +7 °C for carcasses, up to +4 °C for poultry, up to +2 °C for minced meat, −18 °C or colder for frozen goods. As soon as a reading leaves the range, the alarm starts.
Silence is an alarm
If a sensor or device stops reporting for longer than the time you set, that does not mean “all is well”: you get a silence alarm, and a device that has gone quiet is always critical.
Door left open
A sensor with a magnet on the door. If it stays open longer than you allow (10 minutes by default), you get an alarm, even at 3 a.m.
Power cut
If the device loses power, its backup battery lets it report the cut. You get the alarm before it goes quiet.
A second and a third person
The first person on the list gets a message. If they don't acknowledge within the time you set, it goes to the second, then the third. When the temperature is back in range, a message follows that the alarm is cleared.
A critical alarm does not wait for morning
At 3 a.m. or 5 p.m., on a Sunday or a holiday. Quiet hours hold back only warnings, until the morning.
Every alarm is closed with an action
You acknowledge an alarm with one sentence: what you did. It is recorded with a name and a time, and it goes into the report beside the excursion. No blank lines.
What still needs fixing
The “Attention” list shows you everything that needs a hand: an alarm nobody has acknowledged, a unit that is silent or has no range, a missing contact. Next to each line is a button that takes you to where it gets fixed.
NG Metrix is not a monitoring centre. We make sure the system works; the alarm goes straight to the people you choose.

Report for the inspector
Inspector at the door? The report is ready.
Choose the units and the period. Within a minute you get a PDF with the temperature record the inspector asks for, and every reading in a CSV table as well.
What is inside
- Operator, site, unit, period and allowed range
- The certified sensors that measured, with serial numbers
- Minimum, maximum and average, number of readings and interval
- A temperature chart for the whole period
- Every gap in the readings: from when, until when and why
- Every excursion: start, end, duration, worst value, alarm and corrective action (who, when, what)
- A table of readings and a signature block for the responsible person
- The report number on every page
Only from certified sensors
The report is built only from sensors certified to EN 12830. Standard sensors in the same unit do not get in the way; they are simply left out. If part of the period had no certified sensor, the report says so, with dates.
Digital fingerprint
Every PDF gets a digital fingerprint that we keep on record. If anyone changes even one figure in the file, the fingerprint no longer matches, and the inspector can compare it with our record.
One unit or a whole site
Any finished period up to one year, for one unit, several units or a whole site. The owner and managers create reports; everyone with access can download them.
Kept for 3 years
Readings, acknowledgements and reports are kept for 3 years, longer than the legal minimum of 2.
You make the report in Macedonian, Albanian or English, as you choose.
Which rule applies to whom
- Every food businessHACCP documents and records kept for at least 2 years. NG Metrix keeps its temperature records for 3.Law on Food Safety, Art. 45(4)(3)
- Food of animal origin (meat, milk, fish)Continuous temperature monitoring, with records kept. No certified instrument is required.Rulebook on special requirements for temperature controls and maintaining the cold chain for food of animal origin (Official Gazette of RM 97/2011), Art. 4(2)
- Quick-frozen food: transport, warehouses and storageInstruments that record the temperature, conforming to MKS EN 12830. Here a certified sensor is mandatory, and records are kept for at least 1 year.Rulebook on special safety requirements for quick-frozen food (Official Gazette of RM 16/2013), Art. 12
The EN 12830 certificate belongs to the sensor. The platform collects the readings, keeps them and builds the report from them, but it is not itself a certified instrument.
Hardware
Industrial hardware, installed and checked by us.
Small wireless sensors in the units and one device that collects the readings and sends them. No cables across the premises and no reliance on your Wi-Fi.

Certified
EN 12830 sensor
For cold rooms, fridges and cargo spaces that need a record for the inspector. The EN 12830 certificate belongs to the sensor itself, which is why the report is built from it.
- Accuracy: class 0.5 °C, from −20 to +60 °C
- Factory-calibrated in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, at −30, +5 and +70 °C
- Food-contact casing · IP67, IK10
- Built-in battery, about 4 years
Manufacturer's data. An individual calibration certificate is available from the manufacturer on request.
-
Standard
Temperature, humidity and door sensor
For everything that does not need a certificate: fridges, display cases, rooms. With a magnet on the door, it reports when the door is open.
- Measures: temperature and humidity
- Door: with a magnet on the door leaf
- IP67, IK10 · 56.6 × 38 × 13 mm, 18 g
- Built-in battery, about 4 years
-
Device
A device with its own SIM card
It listens to the sensors over Bluetooth and sends the readings over the mobile network. One device covers several units nearby. If the network drops, it stores the readings and sends them later, with the exact times.
- Connection: mobile network, its own SIM
- Backup battery, so it can report a power cut
- In a vehicle it also knows the position, for Fleet in the next phase
- Configured by us before it reaches you
The EN 12830 certificate belongs to the sensor, not to the app. The device is not a measuring instrument: it only passes the readings on.
One platform
The same platform grows with you.
NG Metrix is one app for every kind of sensor. You see only the parts you use, with one login and the same look.
-
Now
Cold chain
Cold rooms, fridges, freezers, rooms and refrigerated vehicles: temperature, humidity, door and power, with alarms and a report for the inspector.
-
Next
Fleet
Vehicles on a map, in the same app and the same style, with a map button. In a refrigerated vehicle, the same device that collects the sensors also knows the position, the trips, the kilometres driven and when the engine was on. The load temperature, the door and the route will become one record on one screen, instead of two systems and two logins.
Vehicle positions are personal data: we keep them for a shorter time and separately from the food records.
-
Later
New kinds of measurement
The platform is not tied to temperature. When we add a new kind of sensor, it appears as a new part of the same app. We will tell you when it is ready, not before.
Built on open standards, to last for years.
Who it is for
For anyone who stores or transports food in the cold.
Food distributors
Cold rooms in the warehouse and refrigerated vehicles on the road, on one screen. Dairy, meat and frozen products, supply to hotels and restaurants.
Butchers and meat and dairy processors
Continuous monitoring and records, as the rule for food of animal origin requires, with a corrective action beside every excursion.
Restaurants, catering and central kitchens
Fridges and freezers watched at night and at weekends too, with no notebook on the door.
Cold storage and logistics
Several sites and many cold rooms. The owner decides who sees which site, and one report can cover a whole site.
Frozen food transport and storage
Where the rules require an EN 12830 instrument: certified sensors, and a report built only from them. The certified sensor measures down to −20 °C.
Shops and supermarkets
Display cases and fridges under watch, with an alarm before the stock spoils.
Pharmacies
The medicine fridge under watch, with an alarm as soon as it leaves its range.
Why NG Metrix
Local, in your language, with people who come to you.
From Skopje
We build it, maintain it and install it ourselves, at NG Solutions in Skopje. When you need help, the same team answers.
In Macedonian and Albanian
Screens, help, alarms and reports are in Macedonian, Albanian and English, with a “?” beside anything that might be unclear.
Alarms with no special app
Alarms arrive by e-mail for everyone you choose, on a phone or a computer. Soon also as an ordinary text message, with no mobile data needed.
Records cannot be changed
Readings, acknowledgements and reports cannot be changed afterwards. When you change a range, the old rule stays on record: who changed it and from when it applies.
Everyone sees their own
Three roles: owner, manager and viewer. The owner decides who sees which site. A person who leaves is deactivated, never deleted, so every acknowledgement stays theirs.
In the EU, for 3 years
Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany, for 3 years. A backup every day, and a monthly copy kept for 3 years. Each company sees only its own data.
FAQ
Questions before you decide
What if the internet or the power goes down?
If the network drops, the device keeps listening to the sensors, stores the readings in its own memory and sends them later with the exact times, with no hole in the record. While there is no connection an alarm cannot get through, which is why silence itself is an alarm. If the power goes, the sensors keep measuring on their own batteries, and the device runs on its backup battery long enough to report the cut.
Who installs the hardware?
We do. We configure the devices at our place, and our installer fits the sensors and the device at your site. They do not leave until five checks pass, including a test alarm that reaches you. You just show us where.
What does the inspector get?
A PDF report for the period they ask for: the readings of the certified sensors, every gap and every excursion with its corrective action, who took it and when. Every single reading is in the accompanying CSV table, and every report has a digital fingerprint, so any later change can be detected. You create it yourself, from your phone or computer.
Do I need a certified sensor everywhere?
No. The rules require an EN 12830 instrument only for the transport, warehousing and storage of quick-frozen food (Rulebook 16/2013, Art. 12); retail display cases and units under 10 m³ need only a visible thermometer (Art. 13). Food of animal origin needs continuous monitoring and records, with no certified instrument (Rulebook 97/2011, Art. 4(2)). Standard sensors give you alarms and records; you put a certified sensor wherever you want that unit in the inspector report. The periodic check of the instrument under EN 13486 for quick-frozen food remains the operator's own duty.
Is NG Metrix certified to EN 12830?
No, and we say so openly. EN 12830 certifies the measuring instrument, which is the sensor. NG Metrix collects the readings, raises the alarms, keeps the records and builds the report.
Where is the data kept, and for how long?
In the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany. Records are kept for 3 years; the law asks for at least 2 (Law on Food Safety, Art. 45(4)(3)). The database has a daily backup and a monthly copy kept for 3 years. Each company sees only its own data, and records cannot be changed afterwards.
Which languages does it work in?
Screens and help are in Macedonian, Albanian and English. Alarm messages arrive in the language you set for each contact, and you make the inspector report in the language you choose.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many units you have and where you need a certified sensor. Tell us what you have and we will send you an exact offer.
